Case study: Kolumbus Group
The challenge. The Kolumbus Group ran on a hosted Exchange solution. Recurring outages disrupted daily work, mailboxes were tight on space, and collaboration across locations and devices took unnecessary time.
The switch. Together with SecureIT, the Kolumbus Group moved to a fully managed Microsoft 365. The migration ran without downtime: mailboxes, emails and contacts were transferred in full, and staff kept working without disruption.
The result. Operations are noticeably more stable and the old outages are gone. Every mailbox now has significantly more storage, and 1 TB of SharePoint gives the group central, secure storage for collaboration at no extra cost. For employees the difference is clear: Outlook configures itself automatically, on smartphones too. A new device is ready in minutes, with no IT ticket.
